As Founder and Managing Partner, Chuck guides, plans, and executes on behalf of the clients' and families the business serves. Delivering an innovative, yet customized roadmap that drives clients' actions to create the retirement they choose. Chuck and his team offer highly individualized, retirement advice and services to assess all clients' overall financial picture in the present allowing confirmation, creation, and maximization of the retirement transition window for them and their families. He stays abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes and market developments that could impact clients' financial strategies so he can advise accordingly. 

Chuck started his financial planning career in 1989 with Home Life/ WS Griffith Securities, Inc. In 1991 he joined Osaic FA (formally Lincoln Financial Advisors) in a management capacity. In that capacity he helped Osaic FA grow their presence in the Carolinas through the establishment of a full-service financial services office headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina. Today Chuck sits on the Executive Committee of the Premier Partners Advisory Council which is responsible for designing strategic client service and growth enhancements to benefit the firm's clients. He is also a lifetime member of The Resource Group (TRG), an internal invitation-only, nationwide network of the top planners within Osaic FA

Prior to launching his financial services career, Chuck studied at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, where he earned a Bachelor's Degree in Aeronautical Studies. He went on and used his engineering knowledge to found KIVALO, Inc., a medical research and development company. With the help of his business partner they raised over two million dollars for diabetes telemetry management. Their firm was best known for building, securing patent and demonstrating the effective use of a remote health management system to improve the lives of chronically ill children with diabetes. Their technology is still being effectively used by children across the world today.

As a socially minded practitioner Chuck is an avid supporter of various charitable and philanthropic organizations in the greater Charlotte area. He is a proud supporter of the Sentinels of Freedom, a national leader in supporting soldiers and their families facing emotional, physical and financial challenges upon their return from deployment. Chuck is also active in the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, and is a past member of the organization's Executive Committee. He and his family value the work of JDRF, having been directly impacted by the disease themselves. His giving spirit has opened the door for Chuck to sit on various other non-profit boards within Charlotte area. Chuck and his wife Robin are both North Carolina natives, and feel fortunate to raise their sons in the state they call home.
